We manufacture our rackets using only carbon fiber to ensure the best possible quality.
We have patented a manufacturing process for our “Forged Carbon” frames that makes them ultra-durable. As proof, they come with a 5-year warranty!
This process also gives our rackets a sleek and unique style.
Made in France
We manufacture all our rackets entirely in France, in our workshop near Nantes on the West Coast.
We are proud to be the only French padel racket manufacturer to date!
Eco conscious
We manufacture our rackets with 100% upcycled carbon fiber sourced from the local aerospace industry.
We exclusively use bio-based epoxy resins made from plant sources and produced in France.
This reduces the carbon footprint of our rackets by more than 70% compared to traditional rackets.
In case of breakage, the hitting surface of our rackets is fully replaceable in our workshop, without changing the frame!

After two years of R&D, we patented our ultra-innovative manufacturing process for our forged carbon frames!
Our Made in France Manufacturing
Did you know that over 95% of rackets sold in Europe are actually manufactured in Asia by specialized subcontractors?
Unfortunately, even the big French brands have also outsourced their production to Asia.
We made the choice to re-industrialize by setting up our micro-factory in Clisson, in Loire-Atlantique.
This micro-factory is a precise balance between new technologies and craftsmanship. Some of the manufacturing steps are automated (cutting, deburring, drilling), while the rest is made by hand by our skilled artisans.
We proudly produce all our rackets from start to finish here, contributing to local employment and the economic fabric of our region.
Our recycled material
The racket of the future must necessarily have a reduced environmental impact.
According to an external study, an Hexagon Padel racket emits 70% less greenhouse gases during its manufacturing compared to a traditional racket made in Asia.
In our development approach, we have chosen to see eco-design not as a constraint but as an opportunity to innovate and create better products!
Here’s where we stand:
- 90% of recycled or bio-sourced materials:
- Our carbon fibers are 100% recycled and come from the aerospace and wind energy sectors in Western France.
- Our forged carbon frames are made from shredded fibers sourced from production scraps.
- Our hitting surfaces are produced from consolidated recycled fibers as well as shredded fibers for some of our models.
- Our epoxy resins are 100% bio-sourced.
- Our carbon fibers are 100% recycled and come from the aerospace and wind energy sectors in Western France.
- We use no paint or stickers; our rackets naturally have a unique style.
- At the end of their life, the racket’s core is fully replaceable with a new one in our workshop. Repair before re-manufacturing!
- Our micro-factory production system is designed for local manufacturing, ensuring we don’t outsource our impact and reduce transportation.
